4 Days - JAMBO - (ETS-13)

  • Day 01: Meet and greet ex Zanzibar Airport/Port and transfer to Stone Town hotel for dinner and overnight. (HB)
  • Day 02: 09h00 you depart on a guide tour of MJI MKONGWE (Stone Town) + Shopping - Town Market, Slave Market, Slave Chambers, National Museum of Zanzibar, High Court Building, Old German Consulate, Africa House (former English Club), Tippu Tip House, KELE Kele Square, Old British Consulate, Orphanage Home, Old Fort, Forodhani Gardens, House of Wonders, Sultan Palace (now a Museum), Customs House, Old Dispensary, Old Harbour, Dr. David Livingstone House, Maruhubi Palace (Ruins), are among the interesting sites on this guided tour of Zanzibar.

After lunch you proceed with the tour to Kizimbani to seethe Spice vegetations, where Tropical fruits, Spices and other rare spices of other plants are among the different vegetation to be seen on this guided tour. It is not only a tour but also a rare experience to prove why Zanzibar is referred to as the "Spice Island".
Return later afternoon to your hotel for dinner and overnight. (HB)

  • Day 03: 09h00 you depart from you hotel with your guide and are transferred in 30minute-boat ride (motorised) that will take you to Prison Island for a full day of relaxation - swim, subathe and snorkel. Wilst on island, you will be able to see the GIANT TORTOISE.
    Lunch will be taken on the island.
    Return later afternoon to the shore and transferred to hotel for dinner and overnight (HB)
  • Day 04: Departure escort to Zanzibar Airport/Port.

4 Days - KARIBU - (ETS - 14)

  • Day 01: Meet and greet ex Zanzibar Airport/Port and transfer to Stone Town hotel for dinner and overnight. (HB)
  • Day 02: 09h00 you depart on a guide tour of Northern Coast of Zanzibar. The tour begines with a stop at Kidichi via Kibweni Palace (Sultan Rest House) to view the Persian Baths built in 1850 by Seyyid Said bin Sultan (first Sultan of Zanzibar). At Kizimbani, you visit the Spice Farms to see varieties of Spices - cardamon, cinnamon, cloves black pepper, nutmeg) and others like, jack fruit, bread fruit, pineapples, bananas, coconut) and other rare plants such as hennabush, the perfume tree, and lipstick tree - Zanzibar the "Spice Island". You continue and drive further North until you reach Ras Nungwi, the most northerly part of the island.
    Lunch stop in one of the hotels.

After lunch you proceed touring and discovering all related places of interest like Portugues, lighthouse and the village nearby which is an important fishing centre; the white sandy beaches, said to be excellent for bathing, swimming, deep-sea fishing, diving etc. You will also visit a place where traditional dhows (boats) are built. Remainder of the day to be spend relaxing -swimming, subathe and snorkel. Return later afternoon to your hotel in Stone Town for dinner and overnight. (HB)

  • Day 03: 09h00 you depart from your hotel with your guide and are transferred in minivan to the fishing village of Fumba. Here you will be given a life jacket demonstration followed by a briefing on the day's excursion. You will then board the dhows an set off in search of the Dolhins (85% chances). The species frequently found at Menai Bay are Spinner and Bottlenose dolphins. You will be able to swim with the dolphins as long as they stay close to the boat, but is unlikely to be able to touch them, as they are of course wild animals.
    Lunch is traditional Zanzibar meal taken at on a sandbank, nearby Kwale Island.

You will spend the remainder of the afternoon,relaxing, swimming or snorkeling. Return to Fumba by saild, if winds permit, setting off around 16h00 in your minivans and transferred back to your hotel for dinner and overnight. (HB)

7 Days - AHSANTE - (ETS - 15)

  • Day 01: Meet and greet ex Zanzibar Airport/Port and transfer to Stone Town hotel for dinner and overnight. (HB)

14h00 you continue with your tour toward the East and arrive at Jozani Forst to see the reate and Red Colobus Monkeys only to be found in Zanzibar. This natural forest is a habitat for many species of animals.
Return later afternoon to your hotel for dinner and overnight. (HB)
